Maintenance and Repair
Q: I live in Skokie. Do you service my village?
A: Yes, we do. Please view our SERVICE AREA to see more areas that we service, or contact us. Travel charges may apply to certain locations.

Q: How long will it take you to get to my repair?
A: Quick response is one of the advantages you get with BRC, even during extreme weather when we have many calls to service breakdowns. Contact us, and we'll use our radio dispatch system to help schedule you quickly, if needed.

Q: My heat won't shut off. What should I do?
A: Try turning the temperature down on the thermostat and then turn the thermostat off then on again. If the heat still doesn't shut off automatically, contact us.

Installations & Warranties
Q: My furnace is under warranty. Why should I pay for a Fall tune-up?
A: Please check the details of your warranty agreement. Often, furnace warranties require proof of regular services by heating professionals, otherwise the warranty doesn't apply. Aside from the warranty, a properly tuned furnace can save you up to 15% on your energy bills, plus give you the peace of mind of a thorough safely check.

Health and Air Quality
Q: The air is very dry in my house during the winter. What can I do about it?
A: A central humidifier is probably needed to keep you comfortable. In a service call, we can help get your humidifier in working order or recommend the unit that's right for your home. Contact us, let's discuss your options.

 Energy Efficiency
Q: Maintaining the HVAC system is part of my job. How can I reduce my company's energy needs while keeping our staff comfortable and our warehouse environment right?
A: BRC can provide a professional Commercial System Analysis for you. After our analysis, you will know exactly how your system could be optimized for efficiency and your other needs.
